Discoid roaches are a hardy, nutritious feeder insect that make an excellent alternative to dubia roaches. Native to Central and South America, they are slightly larger and rounder than dubias, averaging 1.75–2 inches as adults. Their broad wings and lighter coloring give them a more “classic roach” look, but they are just as manageable in captivity.
*Legal in Florida*
